Pepper Rasam - 500 grams
Pepper Rasam is a south Indian, "must in meal" preparation. A light, less
spicy, tamarind/dhall preparation is rasam. This is to be served along
with steamed rice. Rasam is a very good appetizer and can also be served
as a soup.
